Why does it matter?
We are a Welsh company providing a service to Wales and Welsh residents. Unlike the majority of other service providers, we see no sense in moving our technical support to a foreign country, even if it is cheaper. And at the end of the day, you get what you pay for...
That's why we are proud that our Technical Support service is based in Wales.
